Welcome!
Navigating through the world comes with inherent challenges, and sometimes what we’re seeking for support is more than what our friends or family can provide. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can show up as you are, feel seen and heard, and together, we co-create the helpful way forward.
I offer trauma-informed counselling that integrates somatic psychotherapy techniques. This approach recognizes the connection between the mind and body and helps to process and release traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Supporting survivors of violence and abuse is an area of particular interest in my practice.
I completed a master’s in counselling from the University of Calgary and I’ve also completed a 3-year Somatic Experiencing training; my undergraduate degree is from the University of Victoria. Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter and loved ones, walking in nature, swimming in lakes, and practicing yoga.
